Almost very good condition. Burgundy cloth spine. Cream pictorial boards. Colour and b/w text illustrations. Most illustrations by W.J. Morgan, a few early Charles Robinson illustrations, many illustrations not attributed. First story is "Mr. Old Year" by Mrs. Molesworth. B/w and colour illustrations throughout.

Edges rubbed and worn with slight loss of surface paper. Joints cracked, hinges tight. Endpapers browned. A few margin marks but contents generally nice and clean.
