Published by Andre Deutsch Limited. 1st. 1975
Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. When Mr Mulally left the city and bought a cottage in the country he would have been happy digging in his garden if it wasn't for the rain. Why wouldn't it stop? One evening the sad Weather Witch, who lived in the well at the bottom of the garden, came to visit him. As they chatted she cheered up and the rain stopped. Mr Mulally realised that if he could keep the Weather Witch happy his life in the country would not be spoiled by the rain... Glazed pictorial boards. Colour illustrations. Unpaginated.
Pictorial dustwrapper is covered with clear laminate and stuck to the pastedowns, the laminate is lightly browned. Name in ink to front endpaper. Edges of endpapers stained from the adhesive of the laminate. A few minor marks to contents which are otherwise bright.
