Fair condition. Large format. Blue cloth spine. Pictorial front cover shows a snow scene with a tortoise being surprised by a snow ball. Colour frontis + 4 other colour plates. Two-tone and b/w strip pictures. First story is 'The Shipwrecked Mariner'.
Spine bumped, faded and stained. Corners and cover edges worn. Covers grubby and marked. Front joint almost broken, only holding by a couple of threads. Most hinges also badly cracked, rear joint ok. All plates present but 2 detached. All pages present. Some foxing, browning and marks to contents. A reading copy.
