Brown cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w & colour photos. ISBN: 1901295877. Page 146, 150, 152 and facing pages of these three pages have some surface paper damage affecting a little text - pages stuck together and when prising apart some surface paper was left behind especially pages 150 & 151.
