Inscription in ink and some light creasing to front free-endpaper. Some light grubby marks to page margins. Dustwrapper is edge worn and grubby, slight loss to spine ends.

Most top margin corners have loss or surface paper damage... perhaps the book had been exposed to damp which caused the top corners to stick together and they have then been prised apart? Clear tape repair to first page of Hansel and Grethel.
