The chief purpose of this book is to pass on acquired skill in the management of several types of shoot, in the partridge economy, in the art of shooting, and the like. Green cloth boards, gilt titles. Colour frontis & b/w plates of game birds. 167 pages. Top & tail of spine lightly shelf rubbed. Gilt titles are dull. Faded name in blue pencil to front pastedown. Text block browned. Else contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn, faded to spine, browned to rear panel and a little grubby.
