Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos. 190 pages including index. ISBN: 0002160110. Reprint in the same year as first publication. Minor fade to front board. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is worn to top of spine and has a closed tear to front panel which has been repaired with clear tape to front and verso. Front panel also has a faded patch (corresponding with the faded patch to front board).
