Almost very good condition. Harrison printing with red endpapers. Pictorial card wraps showing Rupert flying in air on a bicycle with wings. Castle overlooking sea in background.
2" horizontal tear across front cover near bottom. Other creasing and wear to covers. Base of spine is repaired (re glued), with a little colouring - about 1.75", split to one side. Creasing to rear cover, with some scuffing and light surface paper damage. Not price-cut. Inscription in ink to belongs to box. Year date in ink to inside front cover. Grubby margin marks to a few pages internally. Pictures are still bright. Small margin tear to last page, repaired with magic tape. Last page has a split gutter. Still a good copy of this rarer edition.
