His own story as told to and written by Peter Lewis. B/w photos. Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos. 336 pages including index. Reprint. Light fading to top edge of spine. Text block and endpapers browned and foxed. Neat name in ink to front endpaper. Some minor foxing to contents. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and repaired with tape, faded to spine and a little grubby to rear panel.
