Edited by Vredenburg. 6 colour plates, incl. 2 by Wain. B/w and two-tone illustrations. 128 pages. Spine bumped and faded. Corners bumped and worn. Board edges rubbed. Rear board grubby and a little scratched. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Front joint beginning to crack. Pages browned. Crease to front endpaper. Imprint of inscription to half title page. Corner missing from top of one page and small piece from side of another. Slight surface paper damage to the top of two pages.

Front and rear joints badly cracked showing webbing beneath. Some hinges cracked. One plate is loose and has ragged edges. Foxing and browning especially to prelims.
