Cloth spine with blue titles and vignette. Pictorial front cover shows three children playing with hoops. Colour and b/w illustrations. 132 pages. First story is The Freckled Fairy by Heward. Spine bumped, wear to writing on spine. Bumping and wear to corners and cover edges. Covers grubby, rear cover is worst, some light foxing. Pencil writing about contents to front endpaper. Grubby fingermarks to contents mainly to margins. Some foxing. All plates present.

Volume 76. Green pictorial cloth. Gilt titles. Colour plates and b/w illustrations. First story is 'Penelope - Poet' by Dorothea Moore. 10" x 7" Spine and corners bumped and a little worn. A few light marks to rear board. Both joints cracked. Title page and prelims missing. Inscription to verso of frontis. Colouring to a few b/w illustrations. Biro has been used to outline some smaller illustrations. Biro drawing on reverse of one illustration which does affect a small part of text. Small hole to one colour plate. Some foxing and grubby margin marks.

A Picture-Book for Little Folk. A mix of stories and rhymes. Cloth spine, yellow pictorial front cover shows child pretending to be a horse with two children using tipped chair as cart. Colour and b/w illustrations. A little bumping and wear to spine and corners. Rear cover grubby. Prize plate to front endpaper dated 1908. Small tear to top edge of page 15/16. Some light browning and foxing, mainly to endpapers and prelims.

Large format. Cloth spine, pictorial front cover shows two girls in party hats, one holding a red cracker and one blowing up a green balloon. First story is "The Valley of Content". 3 colour plates. B/w text illustrations. Covers edge worn, rear cover is slightly marked. Spine is slightly bumped and browned. Name in crayon (lilac) to front endpaper. Foxing to contents, some hinges cracked and some small margin tears.

Just an odd mark to contents.

Red spine with black title and vignette of a child climbing a flagpole. Pictorial board showing a girl with a red umbrella holding a doll with houses and other children in the background. Blue & red pictorial endpapers by Brisley. Colour plates. Full page four tone illustrations plus two tone illustrations. Spine bumped, worn and a little faded. Corners bumped and worn. Board edges rubbed. Rear board has a couple of small indents and is marked. Front is grubby and a little scratched. Front joint and some hinges are cracked. Endpapers are browned. Inscription in ink plus a pencil drawn circle to the verso of the frontis. Couple of plates (one colour and one four tone) have ragged edges. Some foxing mostly to page edges and grubby marks to contents.

Bottom of rear board bumped. Rear board is a little grubby. Light scuffing/scratch marks to front board. Front joint reinforced. Rear joint and some hinges cracked. Endpapers are browned. Name and date to verso of title page. Creasing to bottom of some pages. Light foxing mainly to page edges plus some grubby marks although many pages are clean.

Small patch of surface paper damage to rear board which is grubby and marked. Some scratch marks to covers. Rear joint beginning to crack. Some hinges are cracked. Light browning to endpapers. Erased pencil writing to front endpaper. Some foxing mainly to prelims and page edges. A few light marks otherwise contents are generally clean.
