  • Originaly serialized in the Modern Boy between July 1934 and January 1935. First Published in book form in Boys' Friend Library Issue No. 501 - dated 7th November 1935 and republished in 1993 by Red Fox. This contains 12 short stories in 25 chapters, six of which were rewritten and published in SPITFIRE PARADE and eight of which were republished in BIGGLES OF 266. Depending on which editions you buy the story names can change here are the chapter heading as published by Red Fox:
