Nearly fine condition. A special edition limited to 1,000 copies. With a three quarter vellum binding blocked in 22 carat-gold, paper sides blocked in four shades of foil on front. Includes an original engraving printed from the wood block signed and numbered by the illustrator. Top edge gilt. Colour tipped-in plates. Contained in publisher's solander box bound in cloth with a beautifully lettered spine label. Large format.
This is copy no. 114. Tiny light crease to top right corner tip of original engraving is very slightly creased (just where it has been tipped in). Corner tips of box are very slightly bumped. A super copy. This copy would make a wonderful gift.
