Spine very worn with loss from ends, surface loss and 2.25" split to rear edge causing flap to base. Wear to cover edges and heavy wear to corners. Covers a little grubby. Endpapers browned with in inscription to front endpaper. A couple of hinges cracked. Grubby fingermarks and marks to contents.
