Good condition. A Guide to the Main Routes throughout the Country. Small oblong format. Red pictorial cloth boards. B/w frontis 'An English Village - Wherwell'. 144 pages including index. Linen backed map of England & Wales loosely inserted. All edges red.
Book has been affected by damp at some point and this is reflected in the crinkling of the cloth to boards and also the binding. Hinge between '12' and '15' is pullled, split at the top but the binding is firm. The free front endpaper has become stuck to the front endpaper at the gutter edge from the top. Contents otherwise very good. Map is present.
