Good condition. Yellow pictorial boards. Price one shilling to front pastedown inside box advertising Number 9 in the series. Also contained in this book - Rupert and the Wise Goat's Birthday Cake. B/w illustrations. Rear pastedown advertises Rupert and The Circus Clown.
Backstrip missing, replaced/repaired with cardboard and yellow tape. Wear with small splits at top of spine. Wear to corners and cover edges. 8 written to tape on spine. Covers are grubby and marked with a couple of small spots of surface paper damage, tiny bit of colouring to picture. Joints and hinges cracked. Writing erased from verso of title page. Colouring to 5 illustrations. Light mark affects lower margin of many pages. A little foxing and browning and a few marks to contents.
