Almost very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. The story of how the children's holiday nearly ended in disaster - all Marjorie's fault of course! New Edition. Orange cloth, colour frontis, b/w illustrations.

Spine a little bumped with a small dark mark at bottom. Name and date to front endpaper. Last couple of pages browned. Top corners of pages 55 - 62 are creased. Foxing to page edges. Dustwrapper is edge worn with tears to either side of spine. Spine and rear panel are grubby. Spine faded.

  • Stolen Holiday tells of the Clan with their ponies. and has all the same ingredients -camping, swimming, boating; with two mysterious Polish refugees and a Haunted Castle thrown in for good measure.
  • This is the second of the Marjorie books and although Marjorie, herself does not improve on acquaintance - she really is impossible - the rest of the Clan follow up their first adventures.
