Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. The author Majnep is a Kalam from Papua New Guinea. He describes the appearance and habits of the birds and also relates bird lore to many aspects of the life and thought of his people, to hunting, gardening, ceremonials, mythology and magic. Contents near fine but foredge of textblock has many brown spots (not affecting contents). Wrapper spine browned.
