This is Copy No. 2. Even though it says 'SIGNED' with copy number, this copy appears to NOT be signed. Has printed signatures of author of Foreword and Introduction. Some wear to gilt edges. A few scuff marks to leather covers. Leather case is scuffed with wear and marks; a few marks to padded lining.
