Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. The sixth adventure of the Famous Five. They are back at Kirrin, where George's island is. This is their most exciting adventure yet! Dark blue boards with white title to spine and vertical blind line impressions to covers. Blue, black and white pictorial endpapers. Colour frontis. B/w and two-tone illustrations.
Spine slightly bumped. A couple of names and dates have been written in ink to front fly-leaf. Dustwrapper is edge worn with slight loss and large tears (tape repairs on verso). Wrapper is also slightly grubby on rear panel and spine.
