Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. The very first Famous Five book in which the Five encounter a ruined castle, a wreck and buried treasure. Red boards. 191 pages. Blue pictorial endpapers showing the island. B/w illustrations.

Ninth impression. Minimal bumping to spine and corners. Contents clean. Dustwrapper has a tiny piece missing to top edge of front panel and is creased/torn to top corner of rear panel.
