Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. The Famous Five's first adventure featuring a ruined castle, a wreck and buried treasure. Black boards, silver titles. Plain endpapers. B/w illustrations.

6th impression. Spine and corners slightly bumped. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Light foxing else contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge chipped with slight loss and torn with tape repairs on verso, also grubby to spine and rear panel.
