Very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. The Famous Five in the 9th adventure, alone at Kirrin Cottage with the problem of Gipsy-girl Jo. Red boards. B/w and two-tone illustrations. Blue and white endpapers. 192 pages.

Base of spine bumped. Slight fading to ends of spine and top edges of covers. Some foxing, mainly to text block and prelims. Contents very good. Dustwrapper is edge worn, torn and chipped with a little loss from base of spine. Piece at top of spine has been detached now taped into place on verso. 4.5" tear to front fold. Wrapper slightly grubby and spine faded/browned.
