Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Blue boards, gilt title and stripes to spine. B/w frontis. 218 pages.

Spine slightly bumped with slight fading at top and tail. Small booksellers sticker to front pastedown and a tiny little crack to centre of front joint. A couple of page corners are lightly creased. Dustwrapper is chipped at spine and corners with some loss (mainly to top and tail of spine), there is also a small nick to the rear edge of the centre of the spine. The rear panel of the wrapper is a little grubby and the spine looks slightly faded.

  • The Maynard Triplets are delighted when Margot is invited by Emerence Hope to visit Australia but the holiday excitement is soon forgotten when Len and Con have a ski-ing adventure that almost ends in tragedy. After many other happening, including Junior Middles lost in the woods, Betty Landon being knocked unconscious by a bookend, an unhappy adventure (with a happy ending) in a Lausanne department store, in all of which the Triplets are involved, Dr. Maynard takes them on a day trip to Berne. Even this is marred by the disappearance of their sister Cecil, but like their mother, the irrepressible Joey, the Triplets are a match for everything and everybody.
