Very good condition in a fair dustwrapper. Written for children but a fascinating read for anyone interested in the history of transport. Red pictorial cloth, gilt title to spine. Green edges to textblock. 32 b/w reproductions from photographs. 286 pages. Triumphs of Enterprise Series.
All plates present. Spine and corners bumped. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Occasional foxspots, mainly to margins. Original pictorial wrapper is grubby with loss at edges. Small tape marks on wrapper flaps and pastedowns. Address label to rear pastedown. A nice bright clean copy.
