Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Imperial Services Library Volume VII. Covers a period of about 300 years from the time of Charles II 1642, up to and including World War II. How the British soldier lived while afloat and what kind of ships carried him to many parts of the world in his campaigns. Red cloth boards, burgundy title block with gilt title to spine. Colour frontis & b/w photos. Top edge red.
Board edges lightly rubbed. Name & address in ink to front endpaper which also a little grubby. Blue pictorial dustwrapper is edge-rubbed, scuffed and grubby.
