RIVALS LANCIA D50 AND MERCEDES-BENZ W196
by Chris Nixon
Published by Transport Bookman Publications. 1st. 1999
Nearly fine condition in a slightly better than very good dustwrapper. Oblong format. 212 pages. B/w photos. The story of perhaps the best- and least-known Grand Prix cars - the Mercedes-Benz W196 and Lancia D50. The W196 was an icon, one of the most innovative and successful GP cars of all time. The D50, although innovative, achieved no real success.
A few pale foxspots to outer page edges. Contents are still excellent! Wrapper has tiny nicks to top and tail of spine.
