Almost very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Ladybird series 401. Buff boards with square pictorial onlay to front and titles. Illustration to front is of Pen and Gwen shelling peas. Revised verses by Perring.
A few marks to covers. Bumping along couple of cover edges. Pencil colouring to black and white illustrations to front endpaper. A few margin marks, else illustrations internally are bright. Wrapper is grubby and unevenly browned with some edge-tears and chips; minimal loss.
