Very good condition. Beautifully rebound in vellum by the Cottage Bindery, Bath. Gilt decorations to spine. Gilt Pooh motifs to every corner. Top edge gilt. Colour illustration inlaid to front and rear cover. Original endpapers retained. B/w illustrations throughout.
One leaf (page 3-4) missing although remainder of contents near fine. Rear endpaper a little grubby. Both endpapers reinforced. Fox-spots to half-title. A couple of very faint margin marks. A beautifully bound copy of this children's classic. Contained in red slipcase which has cloth retained from original front mcover laid onto the front.
