1st 1904. Published by Adam & Charles Black. Limited to 500 copies. White cloth, blue and gilt decorations. Large format. 100 colour plates. Top edge gilt.

Hodder & Stoughton. 1911. Full vellum cloth with gilt title to spine, gilt border to front and blind border to rear. Unusual in that the cover does not have the usual embossed gilt decoration but is plain. 28 tipped-in colour plates with captioned paper guards.
