Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. 3 volumes: An Artist's Life; The Second Burst; The Finish. With many b/w illustrations by the author.
Volume 1 is a reprint of the third edition (1954), Volume 2 is a 1st edition 1951, and Volume 3 is a 1st edition 1952. Spines and corners bumped. Contents generally clean and bright. A few plates lightly stuck together. Some foxing to textblock. Wrapper are edge torn and chipped with some loss: wrapper of 1 has the most damage and is repaired with tape and has the front flap detached.
