Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Nick Burton sailed with his father, a pirate along the Spanish coastal towns of South America. They are captured by the Spaniards and arrive at the strange land of the Maoris where Nick and his comrades find allies. Blue covers with gilt title to spine and vignette to front cover. Colour frontis. B/w illustrations.
Bumping to spine and corners. A little fading to top and tail of spine. Browning/foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is faded to spine, with loss to top and corners; surface paper damage to front panel; grubby marks to rear panel.
