Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Observer's Series No. 14. 224 pages. Describing the Super-families Sphinges & Bombyces, comprising 104 species, with an additional nine representations of other families, all illustrated in colour, together with 86 half-tones.

Some uneven fading to covers. Foxing to outer page edges. Contained in a slightly later wrapper (c. 1955-1961), that is price-cut with some closed tears and chips; grubby marks and creasing.
