Almost very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. A mix of short stories and rhymes. Blue pictorial boards 10 x 7.5". 4 colour plates and numerous b/w illustrations.
Top edge of rear cover has been nibbled for approx. 3". Some bumping and wear to spine and corners. Spine slightly darkened, light browning to some cover edges. Belongs to box on front pastedown has been completed in ink with an inscription. One hinge cracked and a couple just starting to crack. Contents are browned with just a few small marks. Some foxing. All plates are present but are edge browned/foxed. Dustwrapper has some loss, mainly from top of rear panel and either end of spine. A few chips and small tears also. Spine browned. Wrapper is foxed and a little grubby.
