  • To the amazement of the Famous Five of Greyfriars, Bunter put his head round the door of No. 1 study and invited them to joining him in a tremendous speed. The hamper, said Bunter, was downstairs, too heavy for him to move. The said hamper was quickly removed and the feast thoroughly enjoyed. No-one realised until too late that a hamper like this was of the lavish kind usually enjoyed by Coker of the Fifth. Coker's aunt understood the requirements of a man in his prime.
